Where I spend my time, what I've shipped, and how I got here.
I'm a full-stack and AI application engineer who spends most of his time at the seam between models and real products — RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, voice workflows, and the unglamorous plumbing that makes them survive production traffic.
Today I'm Founder & CTO of Webpinch, a SaaS that turns website feedback into a click instead of a thread of emails. Before that I built enterprise AI applications at WinIt for Coca-Cola, Lion American Tobacco, Emirates Snack Foods, Fonterra and Multiplex, and co-founded True Phonetics in Australia as CTO.
I've shipped React Native apps that work offline across billions of entries, cut release times in half with CI/CD, and mentored 50+ engineers into their first real-world projects. If it needs to be designed, built, deployed and then actually maintained — that's the part I enjoy.
